Kimberly Bailey is a 30-year resident of Cape May County who has blended her intimate knowledge of past, present, and future into a unique insight of the real estate market in and around Wildwood.
Since joining Oceanside, Kimberly has been busy coordinating new construction, maintaining an ever-increasing inventory, and helping clients in all aspects of the real estate transaction.
As Executive Team Director, Kimberly directly assists veteran Realtor Associate, Bradley Vogdes, to ensure client satisfaction during and after the sale. She also helps the team of Buyer and Listing Specialists that make up Team Vogdes.
Kimberly possesses a take-charge attitude and is a valuable asset to the Oceanside team. She is in-tune with the market and regularly receives accolades from not only Oceanside clients but from her peers as well.
Kimberly takes a special interest in helping clients through the sometimes tedious process of new construction. Appropriately named, Oceanside¹s New Construction² room is where she walks clients through the many choices they face with cabinets, flooring, countertops, carpeting, and all of the other amenities needed to personalize a home.

Kimberly is a member of the Lower Cape May Regional Football Booster Club and married to Lance Bailey. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Madison and Hannah.

A native of Audubon, New Jersey, Althea currently lives in Wildwood.
