During more than a decade and a half in the real estate industry, Paul Chiolo has demonstrated time and again his unique ability to serve the entire spectrum of his clients’ real estate needs. As the area’s recognized leader in both residential and commercial real estate, Paul’s comprehensive market knowledge is second to none. Additionally, his outstanding negotiating skills have served his clients so well that more than half of his business comes from personal referrals and repeat customers.
When Paul founded Oceanside Realty in 1991, he made a commitment to always put people first. Because his clients’ wants and needs are his highest priority, Paul has assembled one of the finest real estate teams in the industry. A testament to his work ethic and commitment to his customers, Paul was included among the top one percent of all Realtors when he was named a “Star” by StarPower Systems, a prestigious independent organization that has been recognizing top real estate professionals in North America for almost 20 years.
Active in the United Way, the Optimist Club, and Boy Scouts of America, Paul has lived in The Wildwoods for 15 years. A native of Philadelphia, Paul now lives in Wildwood Crest with his wife, Kathleen, and their two sons Anthony and Michael.
