Loryn Deane Sales Associate North Wildwood After moving to the Wildwoods from New York City in 1979, Loryn spent a couple of years as a local disc jockey which she used as a springboard into radio advertising sales. That provided her with a broad based knowledge of the area and a working acquaintance with its business owners. Recently covering Five Mile Beach & Cape May Court House for an independent yellow pages company, Loryn saw first hand the changing face of the real estate market and recognized the opportunities it presented. No stranger to prospecting and marketing, Loryn says that "25 years of sales has taught me that keeping the customers'' needs first is the single biggest factor to long term success. A sense of humor helps too." Finding the right home for a buyer or selling a property in a timely fashion is an extension of the "customer first" philosophy. Loryn resides in Wildwood Crest with her husband, Ed. The Deane’s have three grown children; Jesse, a local attorney, Casey, a teacher in Vermont and Jennifer, a social worker-counselor also in Vermont. Four grandchildren and their activities are the focus of Loren’s leisure time which was stretched even more thinly when Jesse’s triplets arrived in March, 2004. Flo DiVito Sales Associate North Wildwood Flo DiVito is no stranger to the Wildwood area. She has lived in the Wildwoods for over 29 years! Knowing the area as well as Flo does, makes her a great resource for buying or selling real estate. Since starting in real estate in 1992, Flo's specialty is prospecting for new business, preparing complex marketing analysis, helping prospective buyers with every facet of the transaction and conducting open houses. Always with a smile on her face, Flo can deal with all types of personalities and her top priority is making people happy. Flo, originally from Washington, DC, has been married to Mike for over 28 years and has 3 children. Always being involved in her family's affairs, she enjoys attending her grandchildren's sport events. She also cherishes her acquaintances she has made through her real estate experiences.
